Spectacled Bear on the hunt for wild avocado's

Description
I photographed this Spectacled or Andean Bear (Tremarctos ornatus) in the cloud forest of the Ecuadorian Andes. Every year the bears look forward to the fruiting season of wild avocado's for which they climb into trees to eat them. When I visited many avocado's had fallen to the ground because of rainfall. This made it much harder to find a bear in a tree. Luckily we found one.
